At Re:Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement when submitting your return request.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened consumables, personal care, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
