Refunds & Returns Policy – Re:Wellness

At Re:Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement when submitting your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables, personal care, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
