Re:Wellness is committed to delivering your wellness products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Major cities: 2–4 business days
Outlying / rural areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery with the assigned courier.
6. Delivery Conditions
A valid physical address is required; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
Re:Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier strikes, natural disasters, or public unrest.
